A New Eurasian Trade Zone, requisite Rail Links From China

As vigor jitters continue to rattle the global economy, regional alliances are being solidified to ensure that China will remain a viable and growing cheaper as oil depletion becomes a permanent fixture of our daily lives. As cheap trans-oceanic shipping of non-essential goods goes the way of the dinosaurs, these new partnerships will help realign global trade, and as a result, regional diplomacy.

This process has already begun. Consider, for example, the story of a peace deal in the middle of North and South Korea, which recently appeared on the front page of the China Daily news paper. "Korean Pact Seeks to End War" blares a headline proclaiming that the two Koreas want a permanent peace regime that will allow regular freight railway assistance along tracks crossing the Demilitarized Zone in the middle of them.

News From Mongolia

Global shipping by air and sea, just-in-time ordering and an endless supply of facility orders have been the bread-and-butter of the contemporary Chinese economy. It is as a matter of fact those systems that will bring this economic juggernaut to its knees if measures are not taken to assure access to a trade zone stretching from Western Europe to Vladivostok in Russia, Mongolia in the north, India in the west and all the way to Singapore at the edge of S.E Asia.

If you take a close look colse to our world and map out what is artificial in which nation, you will find heavy industry in China, factories for daily use products spread from Vietnam straight through China to S. Korea, high-tech goods in Japan and Taiwan, raw materials and resources in all parts of Asia, together with gas and oil exports from the Middle East, central Asia and Russia. The Eurasia zone is already associated by pipe, rail networks and a telecommunications hub in India, but today's connections are by no means complete. With building of a few sections of rail, however, there can be a spider web of steel rail linking it all, despite separate rail track standards - some narrower gauge, some wider -creating logistical problems.

Currently, a large attention of the world's vigor resources, raw materials, factories, transportation and production centers are in the Asia zone. Outsourcing facility production from the West has been a blessing for this region. Factories of every conceivable type are in China and the information Technology revolution where an optic fiber world is now associated to India's cheap labor and English-speaking skills.

With the groundwork laid, let's take a trip along the new Silk Road, beginning with the rail links that will allow a newly aligned Eurasian trading bloc to emerge. In this zone, China will be the economic powerhouse.

Peace in Korea: The new China-brokered Korean peace initiative to end the Korean War will open rail links straight through North Korea to the sea port of Pusan, the closest jump off point to Japan. For comparison, sea delivery from Pusan is just half-a-day by sea, but three days from Shanghai. All production in the N.E. Section of China will use this route. Japan is very vulnerable to shipping disruptions as most of what is consumed in daily life or artificial using vigor is delivered by ship to that nation.

The Vietnam Connection: Rail networks are total throughout the Mekong Region, but a small 250-kilometre section of rail will be needed from Ho Chi Minh City to link Phnom Penh, and within Cambodia an 80-kilometre line constructed from Sisophon to Aranyaprathet, Thailand. When these sections are complete, the links in Thailand will access the rest of S.E. Asia all the way to Singapore. Presently there is a great deal of outsourcing from China to Vietnamese factories that furnish labour-intensive 100% handcrafted items. Again you can see the economic mutual advantage trump card being used to China's advantage to collect land passage.

Myanmar: The old capital Rangoon is no longer used as a governmental seat, but a new city called Naypyitaw has been constructed 400 kilometres to the north to take its place. The move north puts the new capital more or less in a line with rail connections out of Yunnan Province in China, and onto Aizawi in India's N.E state of Mizoram and a second line could as a matter of fact be installed to link up at Imphal in the N.E. State of Manipur, accessing all of India. China is giving lip assistance to the Un censure of the Burmese regime over the slaughter of protesters, together with monks. Don't expect them to push strongly for turn in Burma until they know which side will triumph. Right now, China has just what it wants; Western sanctions on Burma leaving the country open for exploitation by Chinese business, with the possibility of new Chinese controlled transit routes to ocean ports along that coast, and rail links to India.

Foreign direct speculation will continue to pour in as China's central location makes it the transit hub of the new Eurasian trade bloc for those businesses that want ready rail access to the Koreas, Japan, India and S.E. Asia. Gas and oil pipelines will supervene the same model, but instead will be a conglomeration of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan that will link to the far west Chinese province of Xinjiang. From now to 2010, the Chinese government plans to perfect an supplementary 19,800 kilometres of new tracks and upgrade 15,000 kilometers of existing routes, most if it in the western provinces of Yunnan, Xinjiang and Sichuan. Additionally, a second natural gas pipeline from the Xinjiang region to Shanghai is now beginning building and will be 4,200 kilometres in length.

Sea-borne cargo will come to be more regional, but with navies from other countries patrolling coastal waters, land delivery routes by rail are essential. This puts China in an advantageous position to have both land and sea links with Europe, Russia and the Middle-East, if their plans come to fruition.

Trade routes from Europe to China were established over a thousand years ago using camels and fortified positions against hostile threats to commerce. Along the contemporary Silk Road, transport locomotives will chug along burning coal or heavy-sulfur fuels. This will allow a realignment of trade in Eurasia as we pass into a post-peak oil reality that will re-define civilization.

Investing in Uranium - Playing the recent Slump in Prices

Investing in Uranium

The price of Uranium has been extremely evaporative over the past year from a high of just over 0 (Usd) per Metric Tonne in June of 2007 to a modern low of (Usd) per Metric Tonne as of October 11, 2007.

News From Mongolia

This price drop has drastically affected major Uranium producers with some stock prices dropping by half. As the world commodity boom and query for energy continues to escalate, it is time to spend in Uranium while stocks are extremely cheap to reap the benefits of the rebound in Uranium prices.

Many analysts have stated that Uranium has hit a lowest and is ready for a rally as query from China, India and other increasing economies will continue to drive prices higher. Investors reasoning about playing this scenario should look to Canada for Uranium speculation opportunities as Canada is the largest producer in the World.

As a result of the price slide in Uranium there are many great bargains to spend capital. The following investments may be standard for those who believe in the long term appreciation of uranium prices:

Dension (Dml): The stock is currently trading at over a 60% discount from its 52 week high.

Denison Mines Corp. (Denison), formerly known as International Uranium Corporation, along with its subsidiary fellowships and joint ventures is engaged in uranium exploration and production. The company's valuable assets are a 22.5% interest in one of the world's largest uranium facilities at McClean Lake in Northern Saskatchewan and a 25.17% interest in the Midwest Uranium Project. Denison also has embarked upon an active exploration program at the McClean, Midwest, Wheeler River, Wolly, Waterfound and Mongolia properties.

Denison also acts as manager for Uranium Participation Corporation. Uranium Participation Corporation is a publicly traded firm that is complicated in the buying, holding and selling of uranium in concentrates.

friction on condition guarnatee Reform Lawsuit

Healthcare reform is a very controversial issue. Much of the disagreement comes from the health assurance mandate, which requires that everybody with earnings over a sure earnings level whether buy health coverage or pay a fine. Supporters think that doing so is significant to get a higher ration of healthier policyholders in the fold, important to more affordable health insurance. Opponents, on the other hand, believe that it is an unconstitutional violation of states' rights.

Legal experts are conflicted on how the mandate issue will play out. The industry clause of the Constitution allows the federal government to regulate interstate commerce. The Obama administration and Democrats in Congress no doubt had analysts poring over the legislation in order to avoid having it revoked after a bruising political battle. They knew that the Republican party would be looking to poke holes in its logic, so their legal seminar would presumably be air-tight. For example, they refer to the penalty as an excise tax, because such taxes typically enjoy more protection under the Constitution.

News From Mongolia

However, that has not stopped a coalition of states--which has now grown to 20 governors and attorneys general--from filing a lawsuit immediately after President Barack Obama signed the bill. It began with Florida Attorney normal Bill McCollum, and has only prolonged to grow. Several other lawsuits have been filed, but this is the one receiving the most press.

Virtually all of the government officials complicated in the lawsuit are Republicans. The one irregularity is a Democratic attorney general, who was heavily pressured by a Republican governor. There is most likely a political grandstanding element to their action--many of them are running for re-election or higher office, and participating in the lawsuit against the unpopular healthcare reform law shores up their conservative credentials for traditional season.

Although it is easy to dismiss the suit as partisan theater and a waste of taxpayers' money, some legal scholars are considering the possibility that there may be some merit to it. Specifically, it remains to be seen whether the supreme Court would rule that Congress is allowed to regulate inactivity, as opposed to activity, in commerce. If they are, some fear that it would lead to a glossy slope of mandates: would all Americans be forced to purchase a U.S. Car if it is deemed to be for the greater good, as the mandate is purported to growth the availability of affordable health insurance? In the case that they are not, it has the inherent to topple the entire structure of reform--not to mention federal authority altogether.

A handful of experts believe that the issue won't even reach the highest court, since the state governments themselves are only indirectly affected by that provision of health assurance reform. In that case, there will probably be a adequate estimate of individual Tea Party volunteers who would have standing to sue. In September, the Justice agency is scheduled to make a appeal to dismiss the lawsuit in the 11th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals. Since that circuit tends to be conservative, the case has a good opening of lasting past that point.

If the suit reaches the supreme Court, it will probably take Several years to do so. By then, President Obama will have appointed a second nominee to the supreme Court. whether or not the newest justice is Elena Kagan remains to be seen, but whoever he picks will most likely be sympathetic to one of his key domestic issues.

Over habitancy of Earth by the Human Species

Our innate needs to procreate and continually populate the Planet earth like a plague is causing some issues, which may in fact turn our engaging future and destiny into a mirage of desperation. How so you ask?

Well let's take for instance our fresh water supply, if humans need an plentifulness of water supply and there are more humans then you need more water since human beings need exterior water is fresh to live, we need to think of ways to turn saltwater into freshwater and to have adequate of such facilities in place to serve the world's many populations.

News From Mongolia

We see China has been proactive to build large infrastructure projects to serve its 1.4 billion people. Even where life is not thought about as valuable; well at least it is not belief of in the same way as in the first world countries; we see emerging market Third World countries, they still need water to survive. Not filthy ridden polluted water with human waste and viruses, but potable water, which is safe to drink.

Recently in the United States we have seen greatest drought situations in the western states, which cannot maintain the growing people base in the areas once served. It appears there is needful political and religious opposition to the modification of human life. So we are left to continue on a collision policy with an unacceptable outcome or we must turn our environment somewhat straight through incremental modification of the Earth System. Either we modify our rapid people increase of our species or we will pay the price for doing nothing to stop it at a later date, which is advent quite sooner than expected. Think on this.

North Korea's a pretty isolated place, but there are still quite a few things we know. Try these:

1. How big is the North Korean army?

News From Mongolia

2. How many Koreans have risked imprisonment and death by fleeing from this Communist "Paradise" ?

9. Just how far back does Korean history go?

10. What is Korea's most supreme food?

Answers:

1. Possibly one million? It is the 4th or 5th largest in the world. It is the presuppose Korea can continue to wreak havoc on its people. It is the presuppose for the broad starvation. It is the presuppose the man in the middle can turn an angry face to the West and spurn the world's warnings. Let us pray for the Lord of armies to do what only He is able to do...

2. Upwards to 50,000 are now living in Northeast China. Many others have fled to South Korea, Mongolia, other parts of China, even the United States.

3. 80. A truly rugged land.

For one thousand years prior to this era it was known as "Choson", the land of "morning calm." 9. Up to 5,000 years, but much of that is blended in with mythology. Fabled figure "Tangun" was said to have set up Korea's first dynasty sometime between Noah's flood and the days of Abraham. (2333 B.C.)

10. Kimchi. Spicy cabbage. Very hot.

Loving our neighbors involves knowing them. Please continue to pray for these descendants of the morning calm who long for the calm of morning to dawn on them. Oh may Christ be once more lifted up in this land!

vigor Needs for China - The Dragon Needs To Slay Its Dependence on Coal

China has energy production problems. What is worse is that China's energy problems are becoming problems for the rest of the world.

Here is an incident that perfectly exemplifies why China must enhance its energy generation capabilities, and in particular, to build alternative energy sources that are not dependent on coal. In August 2010 there was a nine day traffic jam on a highway in the middle of Inner Mongolia and Beijing. Nine Days! Why? Because trucks carrying coal to Beijing's power plants blocked a road that was already somewhat restricted in traffic capacity due to road work. Unfortunately, without all that coal, Beijing would not be able to keep the lights on. Coal is currently used to yield currently about 70% of China's electricity needs, and unfortunately that ration is likely to increase in the future, not decrease. China is commissioning a new coal-fired power plant every week.

News From Mongolia

The pollution caused by China's coal-based energy production is considerable, and the greenhouse gas emissions from China alone are on pace to swamp those of the rest of the world. While Europe and the United States are reducing energy production from coal and fossil fuels by developing alternative energy sources such as wind power, solar power, and even nuclear power. China is taking relatively few steps in that direction.

Implementing carbon capture and storehouse technology (Ccs technology) can potentially address the pollution and carbon emission burden that China is imposing on the rest of the world, with its heavy trust on coal. The qoute is that so far China is reluctant to invest in developing that clarification because it will increase the cost of coal-based energy. Implementing Ccs technology appears to be dependent on efforts underway in the United States and Europe.

To be sure, China is taking some steps to address its energy problem. Oil shale resources are being industrialized aggressively to relax China's dependence on imported oil. Oil shale could potentially offset some of the needs for coal as well. Superior clean technology solutions are also being pursued. Biofuels are being industrialized as transfer alternatives for petroleum-based transportation fuel. The world's largest enzyme producer Novozymes has teamed up with Sinopec, the Chinese oil refiner, to build a large cellulosic ethanol plant that will use enzymes industrialized and artificial by Novozymes. The large-scale adoption of biofuels could replace 10% of China's petroleum needs and sacrifice water consumption as well. China is also working on the build of solar panels, although they are largely for export. Investigate on improved battery technology is also on the increase.

China recognizes its needs for alternative energy sources. But, being the world's fastest growing economy, China also needs to assume a greater accountability for weaning itself from fossil fuels. Developing and implementing more clean technology solutions to replace coal would be a step in the right direction.

Gaslight Political Mind Manipulation

Who can forget the excellent movie; when Ingrid Bergman plays the role of a woman who is married to an unscrupulous man, who attempts to drive her insane so he can have her committed to an insane asylum, so he can have passage to the fortune which has been secreted in her own attic! This scenario has been played-out off the screen many times as well. Even today, we have seen these tactics used by our own politicians against us; they hope by discrediting the American population by their radical and personal slurs, they can cow the population into letting them do as they please, so they can remain in power, and to enable them to change the underlying fabric of our nation. No longer are we a nation governed by the people; we are now rudely asked to be silent; while they do with our country what ever they desire. Those that speak out against them are called mobs, stupid, miss-informed, and only working as pawns, controlled by some greater entity, with no mind of our own. They have the country (our country), headed toward financial ruin; those that control the money, have always controlled a inevitable percentage of the voting populace, but now the control does not plainly come from our own shores; it is worldwide, quite frankly the big money no longer comes from those who wish us well; it comes from those who do not!

For years we were told that the Republicans were for big business, and that the Democrats were for the poor people, and the middle classes, this is a fallacy: since the day that the first politician was paid for their labor, we have been tantalizing into the false theory whereby gain equals reward: Their gain, and their reward...the base population are only given adequate to keep them relatively happy, but never adequate to be secure; their labors must be rewarded in someway, or else they will not work! This has always worked out for the most part, because in the past their was always adequate wealth to keep every person fairly content in their perspective socioeconomic level, but now wealth is dwindling; after all, wealth is never found within the vaults of our banks; you can't eat money! There are plainly too many population upon the globe for the available natural resources; we are plainly running out of stuff...

News From Mongolia

Even the population who champion financial and governmental reform; do not truly understand the religious doctrine of those that are truly the driving soldiery behind these proposed changes. We have become a tantalizing nation; we truly don't yield whatever anymore: we buy foreign goods, and most of our cheaper is based upon the extrapolation of wealth from our own people. Who, most of which merely consume food, shelter, and other commodities, which others have worked to produce. This is important: we no longer produce, we consume. The only way the truly superior and wealthy; can continue to remain in power and wealth...is to begin forced distribution of the dwindling natural resources; food, shelter, energy, and other commodities. This will need to be done under a separate form of government; than we have had in the past. They need to totally take our leisure first: leisure of speech; leisure of choice, and our other liberties must go! Are all of the population who want change bad? No, when the environmentalist petitions or protest for a clean environment; they do not understand why inevitable political, and financial power houses wish to support them. When population strive to increase passage to affordable health care for the poor; they don't wonder, or care; why they are being supported by the entities which fund and encourage them. population believe: that if their own motives are sincere, and their cause seems righteous: all others who are supportive of their ideas are sincere as well.

The government has looked with envy upon the money; that is deducted from your paycheck for health coverage each week. They have long recognized that this is an broad source of potential revenue. It does not take a genius to outline out; that if the government takes the money, and at the same time, is the governing authority that regulates when benefits are paid; we have an additional one major source of revenue for these population to grant Largesse (large gifts) to the poor, and [big] business; to keep them in power. Will look at the plan next!

What is Largesse? It is when; those in power begin the custom of granting (voting) large gifts from the group treasuries; our elected officials are [now] doing this; on a scale that has heretofore never been seen, They are attempting to remain in power, by our means (using our money), and not upon their own merits. We must understand: both political parties have some decent members; not all of them have ulterior motives, but many do; however, many do not realize; that they are being manipulated by corrupt thought. Notice! I said corrupt thought, and not necessarily corrupt people; although they do exist. What has happened is that our group mind, our very cognitive process (way of thinking) has been changed. We have been totally desensitized: if we expect corruption from our politicians; why are we surprised to find them to be so?

I perceive ours is not the exquisite form of government, but to many nearby the world it has been the most perfect. We have been told like children we are a corrupt people; television teaches us that we glorify those individuals with no morals. People, who find worldly wealth and honors by unscrupulous means, only prove that we have lost our moral compass. population get the leadership they deserve; we have regressed into largesse...greed rules the day...greed of money, and power, dictate peoples opinions. You can tell when a paid political pundit speaks their party's lines, 'they don't even believe their own words!'

All who attempt to manipulate your mind, and change your opinion, don't do so maliciously; many manipulators have themselves been manipulated. Remember, corrupt belief degenerates people, and changes their views; corrupt population do as well, but not as surreptitiously as our own minds. The President of the United States may truly believe in his proposals, but...none are so blind, as those that will not, or can not see! We are all products of our own environment; we cannot flee the moral, social, and environmental, teachings of our youth. We cannot always accept what we hear as being the truth...we must ask questions. There are many reasons why it is more difficult to be manipulated today: We have passage to instantaneous information straight through the internet, and twenty-four hour news coverage via the cable networks; where in the past we had one hour of news each night, and the print media alone to give us our information. We have always been told what the rich and superior want us to hear, but now...if we're smart; we can find the truth by making our own inquiries; up until now...we have not taken the time, but now we must be diligent, and seek the truth. One of the most often used methods of mind manipulation is called imprinting; this is done by continuously repeating the desired behavior, thought, or idea, over and over...until it has been suitable as the truth. A lie, often adequate repeated, soon becomes more acceptable, and before you know it; is suitable as the truth. Haven't you ever told man something, and then had it retold to you by the same person, who totally forgot where they heard the though or idea in the first place; this is a form of imprinting!

The truth of the matter is: The manipulators have themselves been manipulated. Regardless of your political affiliation; we have lost the capability to see the things; that years ago, were so clearly incorrect; God must be allowed back into the political process; we were blesses once as a nation; we were founded upon the bedrock theory of faith; we have been manipulated into believing that there is some provision in the Constitution; which disallows the mention of God, or that somehow, we aren't supposed to pray in a group place, or at an event controlled by any federal, state, or local government: This provision... "The disunion Clause," is not in the Constitution; you know the one you hear so much about: it says, "That the Government cannot compose any religion, or show partiality, to one religion over another, and that individuals are guaranteed the right to custom what ever religion they may choose." paraphrasing of course. This clause has been corrupted to promote inevitable liberal ideas to mean: God may have nothing to do with [state] affairs; this is a fallacy, Congress, and the Senate's sessions are mandated to be opened by prayer; our founding fathers quoted the scriptures, and mentioned the "Creator" in our founding documents. This clause: The First Amendment was located into the Constitution to prevent the involvement of the Church; in the affairs of "state," as they had been previously in Europe; where the Church was empowered to arrest you for heresy, tax, dictate the official religion, and act in many ways, as a form of government within themselves. This was the purpose of the "First Amendment," not what you have been told! Think for yourself; don't be manipulated...Send it on; copy the link; email a friend; get the word out...Be free!

Which Candidate is Best For Your Portfolio?

To say uncertainty is dragging down the markets is an understatement.

The financial accident continues to unravel in the United States. Every financial commentator is talking up the U.S. Government's list of more than 100 "problem banks."

News From Mongolia

Fears of someone else Asian financial accident are gaining steam. The Thai baht, the Russian ruble, and the Chinese yuan are all well off their highs and in a downtrend. Even commodities are getting rocked. High-priced metal, oil, natural gas, and base metals are all in freefall.

Yet there are some surprises...

The U.S. Dollar has had a solid month-long upswing and has resumed its place as the protection currency of choice. Who would have predicted that two months ago?

Over this scenery of uncertainty is a hotly contested election. We're entering the final leg of the U.S. Presidential selection and it looks like it's going to come down to the wire. The most recent Gallup poll has McCain/Palin edging out Obama/Biden by a relatively slim 4%(with a 3% margin of error).

Over the next two months, we're going to hear a lot about which candidate is best for the stock shop and how to get positioned for whoever wins. We'll be told to sell curative industry stocks in prospect of Obama's national healthcare system. Or we'll get told to buy oil stocks if the McCain/Palin mark swings into the lead.

Regardless of who finally wins, we'll have the same old problems hanging over the markets...financial crisis, recession, inflation, etc. Whether candidate will have to deal with it. But a lot of investors might be pulling for Obama.

Why? The talk is because the stock shop does best when a Democrat is sitting in the Oval Office. Cnn says, "The stock shop performs best and tends to be less evaporative when Democrats are in power."

In this case, Cnn is right. But should we be pulling for an Obama win just to help get the markets turned around? If we look at the historical returns of presidents from different parties, the talk may surprise you.

When it comes to the stock market, there is no best historian than Dr. Jeremy Siegel. The University of Pennsylvania professor has compiled data on the U.S. shop back into the 1800's. In his book, Stocks for the Long Run (a must read for any investor) Siegel reveals the impact of a President's party affiliation.

Dr. Siegel has discovered the following:

Stock shop execution and the U.S. Presidents

Time Frame
Political Party
Average each year Return

1888 to now

Democrat

10.85%

1888 to now

Republican

8.25%

1948 to now

Democrat

15.26%

1948 to now

Republican

9.01%

The data suggests that our brokerage accounts would be healthier with President Obama. But these historical numbers don't tell the whole story.

For instance, Republican President Herbert Hoover officially took office January of 1929. That's nine months before the worst crash in U.S. Stock shop history. During his four year term the stock shop fell about 80%. Hoover stayed in office until January of 1933, the same year the stock shop ultimately hit rock bottom. The shop averaged a 20% loss per year During Hoover's presidency.

Democrat Franklin Roosevelt moved into The White House close to the stock shop bottom.

Under Hoover, every 100 dollars invested in the stock shop was worth at the end of it. Under Roosevelt, the stock shop gently climbed back to its former 1929 highs and. The shop took 13 years to return to pre-crash highs, but since Roosevelt came in at just the right time, the shop returned about 400% over his four terms. That would make every invested at the start of Roosevelt's presidency worth about 0 at the end.

In reality, the 0 an investor had in the shop when Hoover took over would have just been about 0 at the end of Roosevelt's presidency.

Roosevelt came in at exactly the right time. The incompatibility in returns (an 80% loss in four years compared to a 400% gains in 13 years) has a big impact when we look at returns over the past 20 years. Considering there's only a 2.6% midpoint incompatibility in each year returns, that one 17-year huge price swing accounts for a big part of the difference.

Also, we've got to reconsider President Bill Clinton rode the tech-bubble to amazing each year returns. And, of policy by luck of the draw, he got out just two months before the March 2001 peak. Republican Richard Nixon was in office During the early 70's bear shop as well and resigned at the worst inherent time from a stock shop valuation perspective.

In short, Republicans get the boot at the bottom and Democrats come in and ride the positive return.

But are the democrats causing the stock shop to rebound? If so, how? Is it their policies? Their capability to instill reliance in the U.S. Economy? Or have they been just lucky? Not even the biggest Bush-hater would propose that his policies triggered the dot.com crash.

Frankly, it's a tough one to call. History moves in big waves, sweeping everything with it, together with Presidents. But one thing we can tell from additional data: when the same political party controls both the presidency and congress, it's not good news for the stock market.

When the same party rules over all of Washington, the midpoint each year return for the stock shop is only 11.83%.

It's a much different story when one party controls congress and the other the presidency. The midpoint each year return of the stock shop when During these periods is a respectable 16.34%.

My conclusion is that the selection of President doesn't of course matter that much to the stock market. Technically, the Democrats do have a slight edge, but the flukey timing of the great depression and the dot.com crash accounts for most of this "edge".

Don't let the presidential elections worry you or impact the decisions you make. There's too much other stuff that of course has a requisite impact on the market. Right now, unemployment is surging to its top point in four years, every devotee calling for someone else "shoe to drop" in the financial sector, and investors' uncertainty is rising each day...that stuff of course matters.

Stocks are very cheap and it seems everyone is selling. everyone is getting nervous. This is the time I buy stocks. I'm not the only one though. David Dreman is development the best of the current uncertainty. Dreman manages about billion and made his mark as a leading contrarian investor by recommending going long stocks in the early 80's right as the markets were beginning a multi-decade bull run.

Dreman recently stated, "Between inflation and the liquidity crisis, this is one of the toughest markets I've seen. But it's not a shop you sell into. Any losses you take by being too early will be more than offset by buying cheaply."

The best investors in the world aren't letting emotions rule their decisions and you shouldn't either. Buy great companies selling at allowance prices, everything else will work out. It always has regardless of which party controls Washington.

Northern Ireland - The Troubles Part Two

Hint of The Troubles

I suppose some habitancy would say that being brought up and living straight through "The Troubles" was bound to profoundly impact on any person. For many that is true, but for me personally, although havoc and chaos surrounded me, I guess doing general things just took up most of my time. By the time the civil right's marches had started colse to 1969, I had turned 11 years of age and my days were taken up with the things that general kids that age do. Apart from the general school activity, like measuring rain fall in those silly test-tubes, studying the shape of leaves on a nature trail and building a sun-dial that would never be used again, we also got to do what I would call fun stuff.

News From Mongolia

That included a small subject of a tree, some fishing line, a hook and worms and a trip to the Layde river that runs straight through the small town of Ballycastle. Then we had the tree swing across the river and many a plunge was taken into that, some intended but most not. Either way, a fire swiftly constructed from the surrounding debris swiftly dried us out and also proved to be a source of entertainment. We even managed to make a boat, well something that served as a boat, from branches twine, barrels and tyres. Somehow it worked and managed to hold about ten of us without any major mishaps, except for the odd boy who got tipped over for one presuppose or another. I can recall development a few trips over the edge myself but then I guess all of us, who dared board the hand built raft, also made the plunge into the cold dark river. I do remember going home and my parents and Grandmother being glued to the black and white television watching the news. On reflection they seemed troubled about what was happening, but we were sent elsewhere, most likely their way of contribution us some security from the real world.

Our next favourite hobby, and this is unquestionably going to upset any golfers reading this, was to take a trip to the Ballycastle beach. A beautiful links golf course ran along the side of the beach, peppered by tall grass, sand dunes and the odd water trap. We used to lie in wait for any drive or iron shot that missed the fairway and when that happened, we all started crawling towards the ball straight through the tall grass. If the ball was found before the angry golfer arrived, it was pocketed and at last sold back to someone at the club house. Needless to say the angry golfer only became even more angry as he declared his lost ball penalty and cursed the heavens. Being a golfer myself these days, I now fully understand how high his discontentment may have been.

One rather funny incident comes to mind, as, on one of our usual money-making trips to the golf course, we came across a courting couple, who for anyone presuppose had decided to set up their love nest at the lowest of one of the rolling hills on the actual golf course itself. I would have been aged 10 or 11 at the time, so the sight of a combine kissing, and especially in public, was quite a novelty. For us, it was a novelty and an opening not to be missed. With quite an number of guile for ones so young we made our way to the top of that hill and peered down at them, some out of curiosity and others out of some bewilderment. Although they were still clothed, there was quite a bit of fumbling going on and I recall that caused quite a bit of concealed sniggering and laughing. One of our gang managed to convince us that the girl would certainly be pregnant by now and ignorance caused us all to agree.

Anyway, boredom soon set in as they prolonged and somehow it was decided that this could be an opening for some fun. The balls we had gathered up, soon became used for something else. Slowly the first ball was set free tumbling down the hill and rolled in between the couple. They didn't seem to observation that, so an additional one was sent towards the target. A combine of balls missed the target but at last one of the balls got their attention. The man jumped up, rubbing the side of his head and shouted something that ended in "off." He looked all colse to and his girlfriend then stood up and watched her boyfriend Slowly climb the hill. As she adjusted her clothing, his rather long legs clambered up the hill and we retreated into the long grass, scattering in many directions. Just as he reached the very top of the hill, a golf ball nearly took the top of his head off. He fell backwards down the hill and we did hear, but not see his girlfriend shriek. As we lay in hiding trying not to laugh, for fear of giving away our places of concealment, three golfers arrived on the fairway, the man and his girlfriend arrived at the top of the hill and a huge shouting match shouted.

It lasted for what seemed ages and at one stage fists were seen but not used and then the combine walked off, cursing and swearing towards the beach, and the golfers proceeded on with their game, also cursing and swearing. We waited until they had passed and then collected up the balls and made our way back to the club house to use our sale's techniques. We learned a lot that day.

So although the battle lines were being created across Northern Ireland, fishing, golfing and courting prolonged on as general in my small secluded world. There was a sense though that things were changing. Even within a small town of only 3,000 habitancy attitudes were not only forming, but hardening. I would not have known back then but in my small town, which was 90% catholic, the council was formed only of protestant people. To me at my young age that mattered not a jot, but to some it mattered a great deal.

I recall conversations about small local political issues that had suddenly come to be very prominent ones. Band parades was one of those issues, and where in my younger days we watched these as a great spectacle, suddenly we were told to stay indoors, in case there was trouble. There was just a sense of foreboding that things were about to change, and turn for the worse.

A Scattered Dream Of Lk Advaani

I had always been a critic of Advani, even on those times when jornos used to feel proud in a single handshake with him. My disagreement with Advani was not personal in any manner. I always sticked at my conception that the conception process Advani was infused in the Indian politics had harmed the nation. When I see him everywhere I feel that his unfulfilled dream to become the Pm will haunt him throughout his life. However, i have a doubt that the history will ever forget or ignore him due to this petty cause.

If Atal B Vajpayee had conveyed the Rss ideology to Indian masses, Advani had made it a daily affair to the elite classes. In 1977 when the citizen felt angry and betrayed by the third front, Bjp was conception as the best alternative. The finest gift that Advani made was his efforts to associate the citizen with the Bjp ideology every time when they asked for.

News From Mongolia

It was the tough time for the Indian National Congress [Inc] when Congress was loosing his identity and there were no takers for its pseudo-secular face. Blunt leadership of Pv Narshimharao and Sitaram Kesri pushed the communal to be enchanted by the Advani's honk for pseudo-secularism and underlying hindusm.

Boforce scam had already faded the face of congress at that time and the occasion when Pm Rao was arrested on the corruption charges, the citizen had lost their patience. Ultimately the Bjp has tasted the fruit of ruling coalition. At this time even, Advani had made the way and in-spite-of his nomination for the candidature,he extended the name of Vajpayee as the inherent Pm.

I admit here that the biggest tragedy with Advani was his helplessness to be the shadow of Vajpayee. Undoubtedly, Advani had every stuff to be an able diplomat and a good Pm but he became a victim of the historical tragedy and never got the acclamation he deserved. The theorize I cite for the Advani's spoiled dreams may any but one thing is pretty that history will never ignore the iron man of the contemporary times, L K Advani in any ways.

The atmosphere of Mongolia

The country of Mongolia is situated thousands of miles away from the nearest ocean. Consequently its climate is an greatest form of continental climate with hot summers and very cold winters.

The winters in Mongolia are very long and severe with the minimum temperatures at night often falling to -40 F (-40 C) or below. Even the high temperatures are in the range of -4 F ( -20 C). Cold Siberian winds are blowing most of the time at this time of the year. In summer, the weather turns to the other extreme. The land gets hot very swiftly and with no sea influence in the vicinity, the mid day thermometer can exceed 95 F (35 C) in midsummer. So Mongolia has a very wide range of temperature indeed.

News From Mongolia

The precipitation in Mongolia is very scanty. Most part of the country getting less than 15 inches (381 mm) of precipitation. Most precipitation falls in July and August. The precipitation is more in the North and less in the south. So much so that the great Gobi desert to the south gets less than 10 inches ( 250 mm) of precipitation and is one of the driest regions of the world. Only Bactrian camels survive in this type of climate and it is the necessary beast of burden in this area.

In short Mongolia has a very harsh climate with great variations between summer and winter climate. The best months to visit Mongolia are July and August when temperature are not so hot and the air is less dry.

Beyond a Shadow of Doubt: Political Certainty in Uncertain Times

We have all known population (some of whom we may be related to, or voted for) who act as if they're the sole expert on a topic. Churchill described them well: "They won't convert their minds and they won't convert the topic." The personality trait that drives their adamant, rigid doesn't come under the radar of mainstream media-not even while elections when we should be most vigilant of its presence. Disrupting the best intentions of politics, science, economics, and religion, its force motivates zealous political ideologues, intolerant religious fundamentalists, and bigots who vent their views on talk shows and the Internet. While it alters the procedure of history, up until 2009, no social scientist had advanced a unabridged psychological ideas of its nature and manifestations.

Dogmatism.

News From Mongolia

Often referred to as closed- or narrow-mindedness, the first psychological treatise on dogmatism was written in 1960 by psychologist Milton Rokeach who wrote The Open and accomplished Mind. This book consists in general of research studies that applied Rokeach's Dogmatism Scale to test his rather loosely organized features of dogmatism. Years later, that same book launched my own twenty-five-year study that resulted in two graduate theses and a book on dogmatism-all of which led me to halt that, as far as I can tell, dogmatism isn't going away anytime soon. In particular, economic and political dogmatism is the bottleneck on freedom's horn of plenty, and although most population connect this trait solely with religion, its arrogant voice impacts all social institutions. At the interpersonal level, it rules out second evening meal invitations.

Given that social institutions are designed to get the results they achieve, if we elect dogmatic politicians we can expect them to pursue rigid agendas that solve complicated problems with simple solutions. It would therefore be helpful to understand dogmatism's key features so that we don't vote for politicians whose minds are like the bed in the guestroom-always made up, seldom used. Few in number but considerable in influence, the clever ones feign open-minded consultation and collaboration, but scratch the exterior of their posturing and they bleed dogmatism. The danger lies in their fundamental beliefs that shape rigid values-values that are seldom clearly articulated yet determine the policies and laws that codify social policies and cultural morality.

During my modern presentation at Cambridge University, Uk, one Q&A participant asked, "Shouldn't we be dogmatic about some beliefs?" This request gets at the heart of the matter. How do we differentiate passionate, open-minded believers from those whose eyes are blinkered by ideology or ignorance? When does commitment to a cause morph into zealous dogmatism?

Oxford defines dogmatic as "given to imposing or asserting personal opinions; arrogant; intolerantly authoritative." As a personality trait, dogmatism is assumed to experience over time and situation-people are not open-minded on Monday but closed-minded on Tuesday any more than they are extroverted only on Fridays. Other traits contain friendliness, conscientiousness, stubbornness, and open-mindedness-to name a few among many. Since a minimum number of related features are commonly significant to determine trait presence, it is recommend that a man has the trait of dogmatism if he or she reveals six out of thirteen subtraits. In this sense, although a preoccupation with power and status is one characteristic of dogmatism, not all dogmatic population demonstrate this obsession. But all of them have one cognitive feature in common-they simplify the complex.

Consider an imaginary Aunt Martha, who grinds her axe about parents who allow their children unsupervised, unlimited time on the computer. She is opinionated about her belief, but she`s not dogmatic unless she consistently portrays at least six of its foremost features. What about Billy-Bob, who emphatically believes the Earth is only 6,000 years old? If his belief, which is an empirically verifiable, factual error, is embedded in the dogma of an entire trust ideas that he implacably clings to in a manner that profiles several features of dogmatism, Billy-Bob's closed-mindedness is a garage trait. I think you'll agree that, after examining some of dogmatism's key features, we're in problem if he becomes an elected politician. Let`s examine dogmatism's core features.

When is the last time you heard a politician comment, "Based on the evidence presented today, I will think my position on this matter?" Dogmatism may construe why such remarks are rare. Anxiety and an inability to tolerate uncertainty are two of its central features that dogmatists cope with by end their minds to conflicting views and pronouncing their "Truths" with unyielding, arrogant, certainty. In so doing, they take off all ambiguity that would otherwise stir up anxiety.

A distinct tactic-compartmentalization-allows them to simultaneously withhold two logically incompatible beliefs. Sealing contradictory beliefs in isolated chambers enables them, for example, to give voice to equal occasion yet deny or sacrifice funding to programs that help the disadvantaged. Politicians with this feature of dogmatism are imposters of speculate who seldom examine or rejoinder their conflicting political values.

Darkening the portrait, dogmatic population often find it difficult to distance themselves far sufficient from their core beliefs and emotions to recognize their own dogmatism, much less understand the psychological and social influences that pushed them in dogmatic directions. We can hardly dream Billy-Bob saying something like this.

"You know, I for real am very narrow-minded and rigid. One of these days I should ask myself what I'm so afraid of. What's so wrong with being for real wrong? And what's so right with being for real right? Why do I get so angry with population who won't admit I'm right and they're wrong? Maybe there's a lot wrong with being for real right."

Such close encounters with their own accomplished minds are too close for comfort, which brings us to the emotional features of dogmatism.

It is only within the last 25 years that psychologists have closely examined the impact of emotion on speculate and accomplished that when we're anxious, frightened, or angry, we're dumber. As Joseph LeDoux and others note, strong emotions bombard the mid-brain and block high-road pathology and reasoning-the work of the neocortex, or new brain. When we're emotionally threatened it's natural to believe that what we feel is right, is right, especially when we're angry. In dogmatic minds, anxiety is oftentimes converted to anger in order to conceal the very anxiety that generated it. The mistaken assumption here is that dictatorial bravado will mask their fears and bolster their identity as man who for real knows what they're talking about. Anger can be a safe place to hide.

Another feature embedded in dogmatism's clump of features is a preoccupation with power and status, which reflects a glorification of the "in" group and vilification of the "out" group. The considerable and wealthy are carefully virtuous and deserving; their very presence can leave dogmatists awestruck, ingratiating, or for real intimidated. Conversely, they may denounce the poor as social burdens who lack morals, intelligence, and self-discipline. These stereotypes work because absolute categories sacrifice ambiguity that, in dogmatic minds, generates anxiety.

Among politicians, a more serious question related with dogmatism is dogmatic authoritarian aggression. Abundant research concludes that authoritarians view the world as a dangerous, fearful place-a consequence of what George Lakoff calls "the strict-parent family" in which authoritarian parents request respect, unquestioning obedience, inflexible self-discipline, and literal, adherence to approved escort and family values. These parents operate their children with harsh punishment and many grow up to be mean-spirited toward population they judge inferior. As Bob Altemeyer notes, they feel entitled to make their own rules, which they inflict without mercy. Some are self-righteous moralists who obey a higher authority that, according to their twisted logic, legitimizes violence and violations of conventions and laws.

In positions of political power, their explicit goal may be to provide citizens equal opportunities, advance democracy, or bolster the economy, but their implicit goal is to gain power in order to fortify and withhold their identity, or achieve what Robert J. Lifton calls "revolutionary immortality." Kim Il-sung, who declared himself the Eternal President of North Korea, is a superior example of dogmatic authoritarian aggression. Such leaders are doubly dangerous; so too are their dogmatic authoritarian submitters.

Attracted to the bold certainty of authoritarian aggressors are the dogmatic authoritarian submitters who do their bidding. Submitters parcel out their identity to authority figures whose orders to aggress against others they blindly obey, thus reinforcing their aggressors' dogmatism, authoritarianism, and grandiose self-importance. As such, both submitters and aggressors play interdependent roles that advance their dogmatic allegiance to a cause.

Finally, communication (verbal and nonverbal) is derivative of thought. Anxiety impairs the ability of both. We're all familiar with arrogant pronouncements that may plainly be gauche attempts to communicate, but arrogant, dismissive communication-another behavioural feature of dogmatism-is a serious problem. This characteristic has, as Simon Blackburn suggests, a thunder and conviction that betrays anxiety. Examples include: "Oh c'mon! anything with half a brain knows that...." Or, "Look! I need you to understand that...." And this one, guaranteed to short-circuit romance, "Right! Of procedure I`m right! What`s the matter with you? " Believing that verbal audacity will advance their credibility, adamant assertions of incontrovertible truths indulge the captive mind that pronounces, not the captive audience that hears. Complicating matters, arrogant, dismissive communicators may be unaware of the gestures and facial expressions that transcend their words and provide their more socially attuned, insightful listeners with additional, unintended psychological information.

In the final psychological analysis, dogmatism is not about the superiority of one trust ideas over an additional one or one leader versus another. And it's not about ideology per se, or what population believe. Rather, dogmatism of any stripe is about how population adopt, communicate, and enact their trust systems. More importantly, it is about personal identity-fragile, fragile identity that is externally authored by influential authority figures. As such, if we are to clear much of the debris that clutters the road to peace and democratic progress, it would benefit all of us if politicians and the electorate that grants them power, recognized and understood the nature of dogmatism. Perhaps we could then monitor and convert dogmatic tendencies within ourselves and our institutions-especially the political socialization and militarization of youth.

Failing that, dogmatism will stall social progress, reignite past injustices, and escalate hereafter conflicts. Yet despite its heritage and ubiquity, I am all but unavoidable that if we confront dogmatism from wide angles we can convert its risky bark to a faint whimper. And elect open-minded politicians.

Over citizen of Earth by the Human Species

Our innate needs to procreate and continually populate the Planet earth like a plague is causing some issues, which may in fact turn our animated future and destiny into a mirage of desperation. How so you ask?

Well let's take for instance our fresh water supply, if humans need an plenty of water provide and there are more humans then you need more water since human beings need face water is fresh to live, we need to think of ways to turn saltwater into freshwater and to have enough of such facilities in place to serve the world's greatest populations.

News From Mongolia

We see China has been proactive to build large infrastructure projects to serve its 1.4 billion people. Even where life is not carefully as valuable; well at least it is not conception of in the same way as in the first world countries; we see emerging shop Third World countries, they still need water to survive. Not filthy ridden polluted water with human waste and viruses, but potable water, which is safe to drink.

Recently in the United States we have seen greatest drought situations in the western states, which cannot maintain the growing people base in the areas once served. It appears there is principal political and religious opposition to the modification of human life. So we are left to continue on a collision procedure with an unacceptable outcome or we must turn our environment somewhat straight through incremental modification of the Earth System. Whether we modify our rapid people growth of our species or we will pay the price for doing nothing to stop it at a later date, which is arrival quite sooner than expected. Think on this.

Illegal Immigrants

It is a U.S. Constitutional mandate that the U.S. Congress
shall fetch the borders of the United States. It appears this
was never done and never will be. When the Federal Government
failed to do its job and made things worse, it became the
responsibility of the affected border states to fetch these
borders and start programs that cut the pressure on those who
are driven to the U.S.. The border states did nothing but point
to the irresponsible Feds....and continues to do so. Not our job,
they say, and the job goes undone.

In the past few years citizen groups have begun to step in, to
attempt to do what government will not. These citizen groups
scare the hell out of everybody, but the citizen and the drugs
just keep on coming. Since no one can stop the illegal traffic,
it is way past time to originate a uniform procedure for these people
that were essentially invited here by the governments'
irresponsible, unlawful behavior.

News From Mongolia

Because every undocumented immigrant represents government
carelessness and dereliction of duty and the lack of domestic
security, they should be recorded and rewarded for their effort.
In many cases they have risked their lives. Congress has risked
nothing. The immigrants deserve recognition for the triumph of
will over bureaucracy. They should be an inspiration to us all.

Offer amnesty, a green card and a state driver's license to
every one who desires them. Document where they came from, who
they are, what skills they have brought with them and why they
have come here. Take Dna samples so we can identify them and
their offspring so long as they remain in the U.S.. They came for
a better life and we will see they get one. We can help them
with skills training and work options, education, health care,
housing and more.

Because they essentially invaded the country, there must be a
penalty that will discourage others from doing the same. That
penalty is the forfeiture of citizenship for them and any
offspring, forever. Unless they return to their homeland, apply
for legal admission and fetch it, based on their report while
living in the U.S..

The citizenship provisions of the U.S. Constitution were
deficient from the day they were written. They encourage illegal
immigrants to have children here because citizenship is a
privilege of birth. Citizenship should not be a privilege. It
should mean as much to person born here as it does to legal
immigrants who study for naturalization. The tests should be
meaningful and difficult to pass.

Citizens need to be knowledgeable in religious, base and
Constitutional law. This law is the compact we agree to live
by. Not to know the terms of the compact generates criminal
society and government. That's what we have today and that's
what we'll have tomorrow. Citizens have left it all to
incompetent and self interested professionals. Freedom demands
personal vigilance. A lazy free man is a hermit.

Gift citizenship makes political equals of the ignorant and the
educated. What is the point of obtaining degrees and being a
conscientious citizen, when ignorant fools can outvote you? How
can you have a jury of peers when citizen who know nothing of law
are seated on a jury and naturally take schooling from some
authoritarian, black robed, law priest? When citizenship is a
gift it has no meaning but privilege. When citizenship becomes
an achievement, it has honest value. Let's fix the many
deficiencies in the U.S. Constitution. It won't be easy.

Immigrants are one of the best sources of foreign aid the U.S.
has ever had. Poverty stricken immigrants work hard and long for
low wages, continue to live naturally and send a large part of
their pay to the families that did not come with them. This
serves as a check on increased immigration. At the same time,
their relatively cheap labor helps U.S. Industry remain
competitive in the global exploitation market. All of which means, these immigrants have value and add value to U.S. Society. We need to respect and bonus that value, not frustrate and block it.

Over the past one hundred years, we have ignored the
opportunity to export economic prosperity to our Southern
brothers and sisters. We could have invited those of talent and
ability to come and learn business, trade and the skills that
would raise the acceptable of living in their homelands. These
people would agree after a five year program, to return to their
homelands and teach others what they have learned about creating
prosperity at the local level. After such a agenda had been in
place for twenty or thirty years, the pressure to cross the
border would be substantially relieved. Instead, the welfare of
the whole Southern Hemisphere has been largely ignored unless
the U.S. Government had some pressing strategic or political interest.

Not only has the U.S. Government created the immigration
problem, they now insist the border states and many others pay all the associated costs for healing care, criminal behaviors, and the normal welfare. This is the way the national government says to the states and the citizens, you have no more sovereignty. We are the boss of all we see. We tell every person what they will do and we pick the pockets of every man, woman and child as we see fit. The states and the once sovereign citizen say Amen.

Let the once sovereign states rebel. Let them forbid the
collection of federal taxes within their borders. Then their
citizens will be able to preserve efficient state and local
government. We only have federal tyranny over citizens and
states because we pay the tyrants. Since the federal War Against
the States in the 1860s, the power and money has increasingly
flowed to Washington, D.C. From the people's pockets. It is time
to build a dam and stop this bleeding into a bottomless pit that
buys nothing but empty promises, from citizen who refuse to obey
the law and do their jobs. It is time for citizens and states to
grow a backbone.

The City Utilities Department: Working With Your Municipal Government

If you are from a city of at least moderate size, then your local electric, sewer, gas, water, cable and garbage services are probably handled by the municipal utilities department. Depending upon the size of your home city, the utilities branch could be very large and have dozens of employees, or very small and only have a incorporate of employees. They probably are in payment of billing and accounts receivable as well, which means you pay the city directly for these services.

Many residents don't understand fully the way that their local utility company operates, or how to deal properly with the employees to get the best results. Luckily, politics don't regularly play any role in local departments, and most government municipal employers are hard-working and polite. Here are a few tips for how you can ensure success before calling them with a complaint or in need of assistance.

News From Mongolia

First, don't call the utilities branch with whatever that is a genuine curative or security emergency. In this case, it's best to sense crisis services, the fire branch or the police department. Additionally, if you live in a smaller city that doesn't have an around-the-clock utilities team, don't sense the branch after hours. If an crisis such as a water main break or gas leak occurs late at night, the police branch is your best option.

If you have any problems with your billing or you want to dispute charges, make sure that you have the bill in interrogate ready to refer to, as well as a narrative of past statements to explain any discrepancies. Finally, and possibly most importantly, make sure you treat the city employees with respect, because they are required to do the same for you. By approaching these situations calmly and with respect, you'll be much more likely to come to a good outcome quickly.

Have you ever heard of LeVive juice and the many nutritional benefits? LeVive juice is packed with the five super fruits most habitancy aren't aware of. This LeVive juice may help many habitancy break the slavery cycle of depending on blood pressure pills and diabetic supplies. When ever I ask some one if they have ever heard of LeVive I am pleasantly surprised of all those out there who have not heard the good news about this distinguished drink. In this record I will give facts about the five distinguished fruits in this excellent juice, some of the reasons to drink LeVive juice, and what some of my house members have experienced since drinking LeVive juice.

As stated before LeVive juice is packed full of fruits that are high in antioxidants. One of the fruits contained in LeVive juice is noni. Noni fruit was first discovered in the Polynesian Islands. For many years noni has been used for healthful purposes. The noni fruit contains polysacchiride based nutrients, which are natural carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are needed in our bodies to produce energy. Someone else fruit you will find in LeVive juice I have to admit I didn't know anything about is the goji fruit. Goji has 19 dissimilar amino acids, more vitamin c than orange juice, a great majority of antioxidants, and many more condition related indispensable components. Goji berries are also known as the wolf berry, which are settled in the Himalaya's, and Mongolia. Acai berry is Someone else super fruit that you will find in LeVive juice. Acai berries are found in the Amazon. This berry contains more antioxidants than grapes used for manufacture wine. Now thats powerful. Acai berry are very favorite especially in many diet related products. Pomegranate is a fruit you will find in Egypt and Asia. According to http://www.healthdiaries.com pomegranate has eleven condition benefits. Some of those benefits consist of lowering of blood pressure, slowing the growth of prostate cancer, and security of the arteries just to list a few. Mangosteen is also a power fruit found in LeVive juice. Mangosteen is a natural fruit of Thailand and is also know as the "Queen of Fruits". Mangosteen has a high Orac score (oxygen radical absorbance capacity). This law is used to measure the capacity of antioxidants in inescapable foods.

News From Mongolia

Now that facts has been given about the dissimilar fruits found in LeVive juice lets touch on why this juice is great for any one. First and for most LeVive juice has all five power fruits which are all high in antioxidants. Since free radicals have all the time existed and will all the time exist we are all candidates who may or may not get cancer. Since toxic exhaust from cars are all the time present, cigarette smoke, pesticides, and who knows what's being injected in the animals that we eat, we are all susceptible to cell damage from free radicals. Once your cells start dying prematurely your body will not be able to fight off many damaging and life threatening diseases. Why not do something for your body that will give you life.

Since I love my parents with all of my heart I gave them a bottle of LeVive juice, because I heard about all of the condition benefits. My mom has high blood pressure, been on medications for a very long time. Since taking LeVive she has been able to reduce the whole of blood pressure medication she use to take. She call me and ask if her blood pressure is to low, she has never seen numbers like 107/70, so of course she's alarmed and wondering if she was for real sick. That's just what my mom has experience. My father had a persisting cough at night time, since drinking LeVive juice his cough has went away. I know it may not sound indispensable to you, but for my house and I we reconsider that a blessing. What LeVive has done for my house I know it will do the same for others.

Barack Obama vs Ralph Nader in a Debate?

Ralph Nader has challenged Barack Obama to stand up for what he believes in and call injustices on to the carpet. Barack Obama is cruising along trying to be all things to all people , without taking a hard stance on anything, well except Nafta, which he said he deplores. In a consider with Hilary Clinton, Obama made a huge mistake and no one seemed to call him on it. When discussing Nafta he said; We are shipping jobs 'overseas' because of Nafta, well beyond doubt that is not true.

You see, Nafta stands for North America Free Trade Agreement, note the operative words "North America" and last time I checked you do not have to cross any oceans, "seas" to get there. Yet, this mistake makes me wonder if he even understands how Nafta works, why it is foremost and how free trade works. I bet in an economic consider with Ralph Nader, Obama would come out finding beyond doubt foolish.

News From Mongolia

Ralph Nader, either you agree with him or not has an extremely high Iq and the memory of an elephant. Barack is no match for Ralph Nader, who most likely cannot get more than 3% of the vote, but that indeed, maybe sufficient to sway the selection anyway. One also has to wonder how long can Obama campaign and dodge the questions, before he says something that makes him look beyond doubt silly, perhaps even less than sharp and then the "build you up and burn you down" media has a field day with his personal character, like they did with other stars like Britney Spears, Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton?

Michelle Obama also made a huge mistake and contradicted herself on the Larry King show, when he asked were you ready for personal attacks when you started this campaign. She said "No" and offered some platitudes and quotes of illustrious dead white men, then in the next question, similar to the first, she said she is always prepared before she does anything, considering all possible outcomes and possible traps.

These two issues between both Barack in the consider and Michelle Obama, who is a very nice lady, on the Larry King show, has located doubts in my mind, either they realize that they are running for the President of the United States of America and you have to know your stuff, and speak excellent unity with your actions and your words. I foresee an incredible media backlash and I personally believe it hasn't happened yet, because Barack Obama is spending millions of dollars of Tv commercials, thanks to the money received from George Soros' MoveOn.org Pac.

These are my personal observations and opinions and I can back them up and am willing to consider Hilary, Barack, Ralph Nader or anyone else who challenges me. What I cannot understand is how person can run for President of the United States of America, when they can't or won't?

photo it! Good Photographs Sell Magazine Articles

The truth is that many publications, especial the slick print markets increasingly look for a perfect "package" of words and pictures. Researching and purchasing photographs or other artwork to run alongside your exotic voyage piece backpacking in outer Mongolia or first hand account of an initiation ceremony into the guild of wax effigy makers could prove both time consuming, expensive and sometimes down right impossible to source.

If you are involved in writing these kinds of articles then the quality to take decent photographs is a must! I can't promise to turn you into an over night David Bailey, but as man who commonly learns things the hard way and who is a big believer in short cuts, these tips will help get you off to a good start!

News From Mongolia

1. "It isn't cameras that takes bad photographs but the operator behind the lens!" That was the first piece of advice I was given by the tutor of a photographic workshop I attended when I first began submitting photographs to my regional newspaper.

What he meant was, to take decent shots you must have a good comprehension of your camera so, tip No. 1, if you still have your schooling booklet, spend some time browsing and experimenting so that you are thoroughly familiar with its capabilities.

2. When you are in perfect control of the wheel you need to know a petite about picture composition. Remember the rule of thirds. Place the field of the picture about one third of the way along the frame, either horizontally or vertically depending on how you are retention the camera.

3. Newspapers in singular like faces so try and crop in as close as you can and aim for a natural pose. This is not easy if your field is shy or of course embarrassed so try and construct a cheerful banter to create a more relaxed atmosphere. If appropriate, get couples to look at each other, this can often furnish an extraordinary picture as population can't help but communicate their feelings for each other, (whatever they are!).

I recently used this at a local school when I was asked to furnish its prospectus which included taking an assortment of photographs of the children while their classroom activities. A tour of the school nature reserve gave me the chance to seat my two guides on a bench. I gave one of them a flower and told her to let the other smell it! The reaction was a delight and I'm quite proud of this photograph.

You can use this tip even if there is only one man involved, just get them to look at an object or even a pet, (especially recommended), but remember, if your description is about a person, they must be the focal point of the picture.

4. Landscapes depend a lot on mood to be of course flourishing and mood is produced to a large extent by getting the lighting right. Low sunlight creates deep shadows and glowing colours so schedule your scenery shots for early morning or late afternoon. Sometimes though, the colour draining heat of mid-day can also furnish an atmospheric shot if that is the effect you are after.

No matter how heart wringingly beautiful your scene you do need to structure the shot so as to lead the viewer into the picture. This is done by having an object a third or so of the way into the picture that will draw the eye like a stepping stone onto the next part of the picture.

For instance, a shot of a distant mountain might have a cyclist winding his way down a country road a third of the way into the picture. From here the eye simply jumps to maybe a small lake two thirds of the way into the picture and this would finally lead to the mountain itself. One of my favourite set ups for this type of picture is to have a companion in the foreground gazing into the distance. You can't help but effect their gaze!

5. The of course top glossies request a high level of competence and photographs that show some artistic merit. Obtaining this level of quality needs a lot of practise and a good comprehension of your camera's capabilities, but... Remember me talking about short cuts...? This is the one I hire all the time and although I'm a long way from being a Lord Litchfield, it of course helps! So, copy the professionals!

6. Yes you did read that right! If their poses and set ups are selling then you need to create the same kind of photographs so keep a portfolio of images that you think will be beneficial to the kinds of publications that you want to write for. Practise recreating them with your own camera. If you take your examples from photographic magazines you'll often be able to acquire the camera settings used. Write these down for hereafter reference and when you go out on a shoot take your portfolio and use it to give you ideas.

7. The big newspapers hire top rate photographers and you can learn a lot from the photographs that they include. Study the blend and notice especially how keen they are on the human interest (or animal) angle. Often these photographs will have a slightly blurred background. This is deliberate and designed to focus concentration entirely on the subject. With a 35mm camera this is achieved by adjusting the f stops. Other cameras may allow you to do it by manipulating other settings this is why it is foremost to have a good comprehension of your camera's functions.

8. Often population are so busy trying to get their subjects relaxed and in the right positions they forget all about the background so settle first where you are going to stage the shot. Be aware of intrusions, the first-rate is a tree growing out of your subject's head!

9. If you have to take large groups try and make it three-dimensional. That is, have two population in the foreground production a "frame" for those in the background. E.g. A incorporate of trombone players facing each other with the rest of the band added back and framed under their extended trombones.

10. Be realistic. Going back to the starting of this list, it is the operator rather than the camera that creates good pictures, but this is true only up to a point. A very basic camera is of course not good sufficient to furnish the kinds of photographs that consistently sell, so if you have an old box brownie do think investing in some decent equipment.

Don't forget, good quality photographs are only half the story!

The Pallas Cat

Endangered Species - Pallas Cat The Pallas Cat is a small Asian cat fluctuating from the eastern beach of the Caspian Sea and Iran to western China, central Kazakhstan, the Altai Mountains and Inner Mongolia and reaching Tibet and Ladakha. The Pallas cat was named after a German naturalist, Peter Pallas, who discovered the species in 1778. He also noted that the cat was missing the front pre-molar teeth, giving it 28 teeth instead of 30, as found in most felines. These cats inhabit both desert and the rocky terrain and woodlands of the mountain steppe environments where they have been observed on rocky plateaus at altitudes of 13,000 feet.

Although the Pallas Cat is not technically on the endangered species list, its status is close enough. This beautiful and unique beast faces extinction due to a multitude of threats. It is globally listed as Near Threatened by the Iucn (www.iunc.org) and ranked as a Cites (www.cites.org) Appendix Ii species. In Mongolia, work done by the Denver Zoo's Mongolia schedule identified key threats to the species in 2003.

News From Mongolia

The most severe threat identified is from farranging over-hunting and illegal poaching. Pallas cats are hunted throughout Mongolia for their fur and body parts that are sold in general to the remedial markets of eastern Asia, and are also sought for the pet trade in some international markets. Western China's yearly harvest (excluding Inner Mongolia and Manchuria) in the early 1950s was roughly 10,000 skins. yearly take in Mongolia during the early 1900s was reportedly as high as 50,000 skins per year. From1958 to 1968 harvests averaged 6,500 animals annually, and in the mid-1970s, the yearly harvest in Afghanistan was estimated to be 7,000. Harvests in the old Soviet Union declined during the 1970s, suggesting a decrease in abundance, as they also did in China during the 1970s and 80s prior to the postponement of legal safety to the species.

Mongolia became the requisite exporter in the 1980s, with 9,185 skins exported in 1987 until hunting was prohibited in 1988 and exports essentially ceased. In modern years, Pallas cats have disappeared from much of the Caspian region and from the easternmost parts of its range in China due to over-hunting. Poisoning to control pika populations have taken place on a large scale in parts of the Russian Federation (southwest Transbaikalia, Tuvinskaya, Altai Mountains) where they are determined to be vectors for plague, and in parts of China (Qinghai, Gansu and Inner Mongolia) where they are determined competitors of domestic livestock for grass. As a result, Pallas cats face shortages of prey in some areas as well as suffering threats from secondary poisoning.

The scientific classification of this beast is: Kingdom: Animalia, Phylum: Chordata, Class: Mammalia, Order: Carnivora, Family: Felidae, Genus: Felis, Species: Felis Manual. Its binomial name is Otocolobus manual. The other name for the Pallas cat is Manual. The word "manual" was borrowed from the Mongolian language. Manual is more preferable to those who live in Russia and other Asiatic countries.

It is oldest living species of the cat family, evolving some ten million years ago and is similar to the lynx in facial appearance, with a large, sturdy body and short legs. It is roughly the size of a domestic cat with a short, broad head and large, beautiful, round eyes. Its blunt wide-set ears are set low, giving the cat an owl-like appearance. Its long, silky coat varies in color from light gray to russet brown, with white tips to its hairs giving a sparkling, roughly iridescent appearance. There are dark lines on its cheek, rings on its tail, and its lips, chin, and throat are white.

Pallas cats look much heavier than they admittedly are due to their stocky build and thick coat and are well adapted to their habitat of steppes, cold deserts and rocky country in central Asia. The thick fur coat insulates them against the cold, and the well furred tail can be wrapped around the body like a warm muff. The well developed nictitating membrane (third eyelid) may afford safety against both the cold winds and the regular dust storms which arise in parts of their range.

Peter Pallas first suggested that this was the ancestor of the long-haired Persian breeds of domestic cats because of its long hair, stocky build and flattened face. The hair on its belly and tail is nearly twice as long as on the top and sides. This keeps this wee animal warm when it hunts on snow, cold rock or freezing ground. Pallas cats weigh between 4.5- 10 lbs. I first became curious in the Pallas cat while doing some explore on the Internet and found a website called bigcatrescue.org. This club rescues abused and unwanted cats, whether domestic or wild. When I first saw the picture of this cat, I opinion it was one of the most beautiful creatures I had ever seen and I wanted to learn more. Although it resembles a domestic cat in size, these creatures are thoroughly fierce: just look into their eyes. Every picture I have seen of a Pallas cat shows a beast who will not be tamed. They are able to climb rocky crevices and cliff faces with ease. The flat head and low set ears are opinion to be adaptations for stalking prey in open areas with relatively wee cover. These cats feed on a range of small mammals together with pikas, voles, marmots and ground squirrels, as well as a number of distinct birds together with larks, sandgrouse and ptarmigan.

They hide away for much of the day in caves or hollows under stones, or may adopt the burrows of other creatures such as marmots or foxes. Like the majority of cats, the Pallas cat is largely a solitary creature. Females have territories that may cover as much as 8 quadrilateral kilometers, and males are usually free-roaming over those territories. Except for the mating season, sense between cats may well lead to fierce fights unless a local hierarchy has been established. Dens are made deep in piles of boulders, and in here females give birth once a year to litters of cubs. Females can have up to 6 to 8 kittens after a gestation of 66-75 days, and are typically born in late April and May. They reach sexual maturity around 12 months old. They have a life span of twelve years, good black and white vision, perfect smell and hearing. Their whiskers add information such as wind direction and vibration.

Unfortunately, the Pallas cat is one of the least studied wild cats in the world but that is slowly changing. In conducting this research, I have found some programs that are trying save this wee cat. The one I liked best is the Pallas Cat Study and Conservation Program. Members of this schedule are committed to conserving the Pallas' cat and it natural habitat in Central Asia, conducting explore on all aspects of the Pallas cat's biology and promoting environmental education and awareness regarding Pallas cat's habitat and species conservation. This schedule also has a number of organizations that retain their efforts to save this beautiful beast from extinction. They include: the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden, the Columbus Zoo, Disney's Wild Animal Kingdom Conservation Award, Wild about Cats, Woodland Park Zoo, and Philadelphia Zoo.

Can Harley Davidson's hidden Weapon Revitalise Your Marketing?

Imagine yourself in a helicopter over Milwaukee, Usa, on the
shiny morning of June 13, 1998.

You look down casually on the criscrossing tangle of roads on Interstate 94, and then do a doubletake. You can't believe your eyes.

News From Mongolia

It seems like there are hundreds of keen objects on the highway below. Maybe even thousands. You watch in bad dream as a veritable sea of black advances like warrior ants into uptown Milwaukee.

You hastily reach for your binoculars and your heart goes thump, thump, thump. Thousands upon thousands of Harley bikers, swathed in trademark leather and shining chrome bikes seem to be practically invading the city.

What should you do? Maybe you should call the newspaper. The police perhaps. legitimately Milwaukee needs some sort of warning.

But it's too late. The bikers are already in the city.

Then you see the fluttering flags

The roads of Milwaukee seem to be lined with cheering people.
Flags flutter in the sunshine. The roar of the crowd seems to
drown the chucka, chucka, chucka sound of the helicopter you're in.

Down at road level, 50,000 proud Harleys roar straight through the city.
You don't know it yet, but among those riders are senior executives, Ceos, employees and long-time owners of Harleys. It's a heck of a parade and over 125,000 owners turn up for Harley's big 95th Come Home' birthday.

Wouldn't it surprise you, even appall you, to know that in the spring of 1984, just 14 years earlier, only twenty eight bikers showed up?

28 to 365,000 members: What changed in 14 years?

It's called Hog. Short for Harley Owners Group.

Harley had dug a deep financial hole for themselves in 1983. Money for advertising was kinda non-existent. Saddled with this Catch 22 situation, Harley Davidson set about creating the first Hog chapter.

Using newsletters and club magazines they built their susbcriber
base one member at a time. From one solitary chapter, the Hog has mushroomed to an spectacular, 940 chapters around the world.

Working on an advertising funds of 10 cents or less

In 1997, Harley Davidson spent just million on advertising. Before you say "Oh, I don't have a million," -- look at Harley's
advertising funds for 1996, 1995, 1994, 1993, 1992...all the way to 1984.

Zero.

A big fat zero.

All their money, squillions of dollars, went into creating an legitimately top-notch product. And then creating a community that would buy into the brand.

You were expecting some big secret, weren't you?

It's called community. Yeah, that's the big secret. Creating community among your clients. Harley does it. Sting does it. Apple does it. So why don't you do it?

It's way too much trouble, huh?

Well let's jump back to Harley Davidson's behalf line. Think jackets, boots, gloves, t-shirts, bike accessories, baseball caps. Then do the math. Don't you think each Hog member is going to spend at least to keep up his/her Harley image?

What's behalf x 350,000 members? You got it. .5 million.

Now let's look at actual figures In 1996, Harley took home 0 million. Up from million, just eight years before in 1988. Mind boggling, huh?

And we're not even counting the profits from the sales of the
Harley bikes!

So how can you do a Harley?

Let's face it. You work too damn hard in your business

Yes, you know you've got to sell time and again to a customer.
And yes you know the real behalf lies in your existing customer
coming back time and again. And that customers talk to customers and it helps to build sales.

But where the heck are you going to get the time to do all of this
community business?

If Katrina can do it, you can

Katrina runs a little dress store in a town that boasts of less than 15,000 residents. Business can be cut-throat, specially with the
big megastores within 'small Business gobbling distance.'

Yet Katrina's done a 'Harley.'

Every month, Katrina heads out for coffee. And she's not alone.
In the quaint little cafe down the road, there's a hubbub of excitement. Katrina's customers are having a whale of a time. They're laughing, chatting and tucking into cheesecake -- while Katrina picks up the tab month after month.

Do you see the word advertising anywhere?

Printing of slick brochures? Hundreds of dollars of publicity?

All it costs is .50 for a coffee. Per customer. Per month.

That's all it takes. And Katrina's community builds one customer at a time. Customers bring friends, friends bring friends and the dresses fly out of Katrina's dress store.

Why community is the most fine underground of all

1) The competition doesn't have a clue

While approved advertising and publicity is great, it costs
serious moolah. And everyone, along with competitors, can see
exactly what you're doing. Once they get their grubby hands
on your plans, they can outspend you, outsmart you and send your Business into outer Mongolia.

With community, you can see who's arrival straight through the door. And you're the doorkeeper. It gives you the opportunity to generate Super Glue loyalty, long before your competition wises up.

2) Communities give definite and vital feedback

Ja, ja. They may complain good-naturedly at times. But mostly
they'll be giving you necessary feedback. They'll tell you what they want and what is passe. Tey'll bond with you. Trust you and your judgement with each meeting.

You will no longer have to guess what your customers want.
They'll tell you even without your asking. What more could you ask for?

3) No man is an island

You've heard that phrase before. No man or woman likes to be an isolated case. Psychologically, we all like to be part of a group, a society, a country or a community of some sort. Give your clients something to cling to and watch how leaders and volunteers form within the community, dramatically lessening your workload.

Bankers call it mixture interest

Invest in an inventory now and put away a little bit every day
Suddenly before you know it, you've got gazillions in the bank.
Building community is no different. You'll have to put the pieces together, one evangelist at a time.

Ladies and gentlemen, rev up your engines. Hit the road and start construction your community. And you'll find as Harley has found with Hog.

That yes, communities do bring home the 'bacon.' ;)
